Given the exceptional circumstances during COVID-19 outbreak, we may not be able to respond right away. We are here to support you.

  1. We currently have limited customer service staffing, and it may be difficult to reach us by phone.
  2. We will make every effort to ship your order on or before the estimated shipment date.
  3. Order processing may take longer than usual, and as a result, our shipping time will be a little longer than you usually expect.
  4. Our fulfillment team continues to work hard to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

For Standard and FREE Delivery please allow 1 to 4 business days to process an order and additional time in transit. Standard delivery orders will be processed in order they received. If the customer accepts promotional offers for free shipping during checkout please note that Brighton Beauty Supply reserves the right to cancel that offer on extremely large and heavy orders (rare). Orders placed on Friday, weekends or national holidays will be processed on Monday or the following business day. You can view your shipping rate by going to checkout and entering your billing and shipping information during the first step of checkout. You DO NOT have to place your order or enter your credit card number in order to view your shipping rate.

Rushed Delivery is not available at this time.

Canadian Customers

PO, APO and FPO Boxes

All packages sent via US Postal Services. Orders will usually arrive within 14 business days (for in-stock items only).

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

All packages sent via US Postal Services. Orders will usually arrive within 7-21 business days (for in-stock items only).

There are NO Flat rates or Promotional Free Shipping for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, customers must pay shipping fees in full. There are times when our system lets customers apply promotional offers during checkout. Customers will be contacted via e-mail or by phone to collect additional shipping fees. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Foreign Orders

Sorry, we currently do not accept international orders.

Cancellations or Shipping Changes

Once any order is placed it goes into our automated fulfillment system and is processed usually the same day. You may return the product under our return policy. Once you submit an order you can no longer change shipping or billing options. If you wish to change any provided information please contact our customer service.
